Advantages of microwave frozen thawing equipment compared with traditional thawing equipment:
Natural thawing is very time consuming, and long time is prone to cause food spoilage. High temperature electrothermal thawing and hot water immersion can accelerate thawing, but too high temperature will affect meat quality and breed bacteria, and will make the taste of thawed meat products worse.
(1) The microwave frozen meat thawing equipment is a thawing device for frozen meat, and has a thawing tank for holding water and a tuyere for blowing air into the body, and the meat basket is set on the support tray. The supporting bracket is connected with the electric telescopic rod, and the meat basket can be moved up and down. When the telescopic rod extends downward into the thawing tank, the water in the thawing tank helps the frozen meat to thaw. When the telescopic rod is contracted upwards to the tuyere, the tuyere blows the frozen meat through the fan, which facilitates the alternate operation of water and wind, and can accelerate the thawing of the frozen meat. The thawing tank is placed on the turntable, and the turntable is rotated by the motor. When the meat basket is in the thawing tank, the thawing tank rotates so that the water in the thawing tank is stirred under the action of the meat basket. This flowing water further accelerates the thawing of the frozen meat.
(2) The frozen meat thawing equipment is further provided with a spray pipe, the spray pipe sprays water to the meat basket, the water is washed on the surface of the frozen meat, and the frozen meat is accelerated to be thawed; the pumping pipe is inserted into the thawing tank, the spray water is the water in the thawing tank to recycle the water and save water.
(3) The rotary plate of the frozen meat microwave thawing equipment is provided with an ultrasonic transducer, which can convert the high frequency oscillating electrical signal generated by the ultrasonic generator into a high frequency mechanical vibration, which propagates in the liquid along with the gap of the liquid. The liquid molecules are transmitted by the ultrasonic energy and act on the frozen food so that the ice pieces attached to the inside and outside of the frozen food are loosened and the continuous water circulation movement enables the frozen meat to be quickly and uniformly thawed.
